Officers were called out to the car park on Saturday evening (December 5)

A teenager has been arrested in a car park in Leamington town centre for carrying a knife and drugs offences.

On Saturday evening (December 5), at around 10.30pm, police responded to a report of two mopeds doing 'wheelies' in St Peter’s Car Park.

Officers then arrested a 17-year-old boy from Southam and seized cannabis and a knife.

The teenager was arrested on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and possession of a knife.
